“This place is great. Stay here but not when I'm trying to book my next visit.”
The host is flexible with early check-in and meets you at the property. She lives nearbyn and she is very nice. The apartment is new, clean, and well-furnished. I have never stayed in a flat with Villeroy&Boch dishes. Very rare indeed.

Our apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and Lydia extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in beautiful Merano.

The location is really central. I had a delay due to a flight being cancelled, despite this Klaus and Lydia waited for me until midnight at no extra cost due to out of hours check-in. They reply really quick to any message. The apartment was in great condition.

We had a wonderful stay. The loft was beautifully finished, and you have everything you need to spend some lovely days in Merano. The location is perfect; just step out the door and you are right in the city center. There is a frequent bus service to take you anywhere. The owners have been super welcoming and shared restaurant recommendations and tips upon arrival too. You can park just around the corner with a 24-hour flat rate, and it's very affordable and comfortable.

Great location, just minutes away from center and all activities. Next to Lauben.Backery, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Buses right in front of the house. Well equipped and new appliances. Bedroom and kitchen separate and very clean. Host was very friendly and helpful. Checkin and checkout easy and she gave many recommendations for restaurant and things to do.
