Overview
Historic arcade building with exclusive apartments and a bar. Located in the heart of Merano, 200 meters from the hill walk called " Tappeinerweg" and 250 meters from the Promenade, Kuntino Suites features accommodation with free WiFi. All the air-conditioned units have a kitchen with a dishwasher and a and dining area. A fridge and coffee machine are also available. Some apartments offer a terrace or a balcony. These are apartments with extremely rude staff. After I complained about night-time noise and the lack of a blanket for my child, I received a message saying my booking was cancelled – just to block me from posting a review on Booking.com. This is dishonest and unacceptable. Most windows face the building’s staircase rather than the street, and one window even had ELECTRICAL WIRING attached – a serious safety hazard. Absolutely negative experience.

The location is wonderful in the center of Merano, the apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. The staff at the reception was very helpful, both flexible with checkin time and offered to hold our luggage on the last check-out day.

“Warm, family-run stay with modern, spotless apartments and a cosy café”
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Aurélie and her family, who run the place with genuine care and attention. We regularly saw them at Kuntinos – the lovely café on the ground floor serving delicious light dishes (breakfast, lunch, snacks) and drinks. The whole family made us feel right at home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – serviced daily with great care. The entire infrastructure is sleek and contemporary, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

It is honestly the best hotel staff I ever encountered, very friendly and welcoming people, the rooms are clean ,modern and has new furniture .The location is very good you open the door the the city centre, we were afraid of the load noise of the night life but actually it was good and safe.

Nice modern apartments, great location, right on the main shopping street. Despite being in a busy area the apartment was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made recommendations on parking, restaurants, etc.

One of the best hotels in the area! The family running it is truly wonderful, and the apartments are modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location is upscale, with restaurants and cafés right downstairs. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful stay at Merano thanks to Kuntino's team!”
The location is perfect to visit Merano city center. The staff is awesome and provided us a lot of tips to make our trip unforgettable. We had a lovely suite at 2 levels, perfect for a long stay. We also enjoyed the Kuntono bar/restaurant for the breakfast, which serves delicious food. We definitely recommend this place to visit Merano!

The most beautiful suite in Merano. The most incredible location and room. The room was incredibly spacious, modern and seemed brand new! The suite was soo clean and included gorgeous spacious bathrooms (one in each room) and even an extra bed in a little nook. Beautifully designed and so functional! The kitchen and living room area was especially beautiful - big, spacious, practical and amazing for a family. I really appreciated how accommodating and amazing the hosts were. We will be back!!!
