The staff at this hotel is very friendly, attentive and well organized. For example: when I arrived I was greeted by name, even though it was my first time here. Or every time I went to breakfast, my room was made up when I returned, even though I did not put any sign outside the door and not always did the cleaning staff see me going down. The location is nice and quiet, albeit a little bit off the city centre. Also the service and communication before my arrival was excellent. A question and request I had was promptly answered and taken care of. Very good breakfast.

“Ambiance!”

Somehow in the era of globalization and unification this hotel has retained its spirit - almost pre-war (pre-WWII). Very warm attitude towards guests. And a wonderful breakfast.

Super personnel, Christa was so helpful and amazingly friendly and happy all the time. Great breakfast with self-made pies! We had a room on the top floor with a very large terrace which was amazing. Swimming pool was super even though temperature was rather cold. The sauna was the hottest I had during my stay in Italy, really nice!

Great location. 15 minute walk into town or an easy bus service. Breakfast was beautifully homemade and had lots of options. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were exceptional which made the stay very enjoyable.

Fabulous place in lovely area of Meran. Very welcoming staff who readily cater to guests wishes including tired cyclists like myself. Would visit again!

“Beauty of Merano”

Lovely hotel on a beautiful spot. It stole my heart. Just like Merano it is a magic place to be. Especcialy when you a a nature lover. Wonderfull trees flowers and birds are all over. Owner and staff are realy nice people. Breakfast I must say 5 stars! Get back next year for sure.

Great buffet breakfast, room size was very good and clean. Great location within walking distance from center. We also had free parking in front of the hotel.

“Great hotel with outstanding breakfast”

Lovely location very accessible from the town centre by bus and very close to the botanical gardens. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a very large balcony. We didn't use the sauna or the hot tub but the pool was lovely. The real star of the show, however, was the superb breakfast!

Charming staff. Traditional property overlooking vineyards. Excellent breakfast on the balcony. Bus stop outside the entrance.

“Long weekend in Merano”

Super friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Superb breakfast on the common area balcony. Nice pool to swim some lanes. Free car parking at the hotel in a super quiet area. Walking distance to city centre (ca. 25min) - very clean rooms and comfortable bed plus own balcony - even though not the newest syle furniture, but all functioning very well. Super price for value. We would go again!
