Lovely and super friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of different choices also healthy ones and from local suppliers. We loved the spa and the delicious fine dinner! The free bus ticket is a great plus if you would like to do day trips to Bolzano or nearby towns! 100% recommended

“nice place to relax and use as a base”
nice hotel to use as a base to explore merano and surroundings without being in the center. easy to park on site. Staff were super friendly and breakfast and dinner were very nice as we prefer to stay in hotel once we back from hiking

Loved view of mountains from our room 102. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
