“Disappointing”
Room did not look like as in the pictures. We had carpet instead of Parkett. We did not stay in the main house but in a building in the back that did not have the same flair. And finally, and the worst: the entire hotel does not have air conditioning. It was 40 degrees outside and the same temperature inside 24/7. The fan provided by the hotel after we complained did not help at all. We were with a 4 month old and we did not receive any help nor a refund which is ridiculous considering we paid more than 800eur for 3 nights

A stunning and historical property, excellently maintained. We loved the lift, decor, old world refined luxury. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Garden and pool were beautiful. Hotel was refined and felt exclusive.
