They took extra charges even after paying and goin check in and payed also for check out. Terrible

The photos are misleading, communication with the accommodation only in writing via WhatsApp, cancellation only without refund, they also charge separately for bed linen and towels. Tourist tax for 2 persons are €5,60 and bed linen, and towles are €25, parking €15. Total +€45,60.

“feeling not safe”
never book a room there they cheat you ask for using towel, €25. they charge you once again 4 euro for city tax much higher then 1,5 which is mentioned in website of booking.com after booking the room I had no choice then giving them 29 euro. otherwise I was not allowed to check in.
