It is clean and well presented; however, we didn’t sleep and had to book a hotel because there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only small one in the living room and me and my parents cannot sleep due to the heat in July.

The smart check in is superb ! Less hassle and the host instructions are detailed. We requested for early check in and he agreed . He did even prepare a welcome wine for us . The apartment is well maintained and clean . And also it walking distance going to the center of merano .
