Location was outstanding. Restaurant downstairs was superb. The hotel room itself was cosy, warm and comfortable for a family of 4. We were really impressed with everything. We'll be back soon!

“Lovely room. Customer service not so great.”
Location was perfect. Merano is a beautiful city with gorgeous views tonthe mountains, also,, the river that passes middle of the city add great value too :) About accomodation...hmm, it's a pub and a hotel on top. Rooms are very well insulated and block most noise coming from the pub - I was surprised to realised that.
