Everything. Thalie is very nice, great and very helpful. She even offered me a coffee after a long trip. also, I forgot a bag with baby food, and she kept it safe for some days until I returned to Mer. Thank you again :)

Fabulous stay at this historic location run by a very sweet lady who prepared a wonderful breakfast with home made confiture and showed us the extensive Americana vintage goods collection of her son which was an amazing experience and a reason to stay here by itself.

Took "quirky" to a new level. Staying here is an experience to be enjoyed, with Thalie being the perfect host. Everyone touring the Loire Valley should stay here!

The staff was really nice and helpful with everything. The rooms were very beutiful and nostalgic. There was also an antique collection of coca-cola and pepsi bottles trough the history, and other really interesting things, which the staff gave us guided tours of. The stay also had birds and goldfishes, wich were nice and didn't make any noise but were a nice addition to the stay. The breakfast was also good with homemade marmelade wich was very good. Overall the stay was amaizing and it surpased all of our expectations. A perfect 10/10.:

Lovely, peaceful and cosy accommodation. Extremely nice landlady took good care of us. Two bedrooms and one bed in living space, enough room for four person family.

“Very quirky”

The hostess was lovely. We had 2 children who where fascinated with the memorabilia, garden and animals around they thought it was a great quirky place. We also loved having a chat with her and trying out our French which isn't great but she made us very welcomed.

We loved the eccentricity of the house. The owner was delightful and her son gave us the most incredible and enthusiastic tour of his enormous collection of American memorabilia. This filled many rooms, garages and sheds.

The host was very friendly. A very unique location.

A cosy apartment and a very amiable hostess provided for a very pleasant stay at Mer. A lovely breakfast in great atmosphere was the icing on the cake. Thanks A lot.

Wonderful quirky vintage house with access to owner's kitchen and dining table so could prepare evening meal. 2 bedrooms, one a double, one a single ( not used) upstairs with a small upstairs sitting area. Charming hostess who very happy to make visiting recommendations. Ample breakfast of croissants and bread with lovely home made jams. Amazing tour of garden and contents. Parking outside house. Very close to Chambord. We forgot to ask for WiFi password so didn't use. Our stay will be one of the most memorable.

The breakfast was perfect. The owner miss's Thalia was very friendly.
