“Amazing place to spend with your family which is by the beach”
We were really happy that the property was by many supermarkets and was close by other villas and tourists. It was quite close to the airport and was by some famous landmarks so we enjoyed visiting them with a short distance to drive. On the first day we asked for a hose pipe and we were given one straight away which we were really happy about. We would ask the owner questions and she would answer straight away which was amazing. Halfway through our stay we given the options to get our house cleaned by a cleaner and were given extra towels which was very useful.

“Flawless and quiet accommodation one step away from Larnaca”
Excellent accommodation in Meneou near Kiti with all amenities near by. The property is fully equipped with a kitchen and an outdoor barbeque facility with makes it a great fit for either a short or long stay.

“We would like to come back here for another family vacation”
we loved the quiet area. The sea is very close. This is typical residential area so no shops, no bars, no attractions on the beach and we LOVE this way :) Very large terrace, kitchen well equipped, enough space for 3 adults and 3 children. The apartment is partly renovated, bathrooms are nice. The beach is not the most beautiful one - actually this is just rocky entrance into the water but in October the water was still warm, without large waves (especially in the morning) and shallow for long time, so it is perfect spot for families - just take your swim-shoes :)

“Great location”
The location is perfect a short walk to the beach, you need a car to reach the town but there are buses in the area. The house is cute and clean. Can order food from local restaurants there is also a Lidl close by.
