Spacious suites await you in Portal Plaza Suites, a Hotel Boutique located opposite the Chile Square, near the commercial centre of Mendoza. “Super place, location and wonderful receptionist lady we dealt with.”
The staff were super helpful. The lady on reception spoke perfect English and just was so helpful. Told us everything we needed to know. We arrived super early at 7am and she had a room available we could use. This was offered without a fuss and no conditions which was a massive assistance for us having had an overnight flight. We later took the free bikes and cycled around the town which was great fun.

“Comfortable place to stay with friendly staff”

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The overall cleanliness was also impressive — the rooms and shared spaces were well maintained and felt very comfortable.

Location was fantastic- overlooking beautiful leafy Plaza Chile, big balcony, lovely views. Right in the middle of everything. Lovely hot tub with views of the mountains on the roof. Perfectly adequate restaurant. Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Top standard.

“Great location, wonderful staff”
Loved the location, pretty central and the area felt safe. Lots of restaurants around to choose from, and the hotel has free parking. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the staff who work there are really helpful and lovely. They explained to us how the wineries work, recommended some trips, and helped us when we had an issue with the room. The breakfast is varied, and they will make you a machine coffee if you fancy something stronger than the filter coffee. The rooms are clean, very large and well equipped, with a massive shower room and really nice shower gel and shampoo.

Lucia, the receptionist, was incredibily helpful when we asked to get a different room as, due to a massive concentration of external aircon engines close to our window, It was impossible to sleep. She promptly offered a new and silent room
