Great coffee, helpful staff

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The served breakfast is substantial and includes eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruits and coffee. And when I requested a slight extension on the checkout time, that was granted in an instant. All in all a clean and comfortable place in an incredibly central location with positive, kind staff and a filling breakfast. All boxes ticked for me!

What a find in Mendoza! The nicest receptionists ever: the brothers German and Andres. Delicious breakfast served by a super friendly guy. The room spacious and well equipped. The bed comfortable. AND a great location with shops, restaurants and bars at the doorstep. If I come to Mendoza again, I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It felt like I was staying with family. The facilities and cafe / breakfast was great and the rooms I stayed in were large, comfortable and well equipped. The location was also great and the cost was very good value for money.

Location was really, really good - on the main shopping street and only few blocks away from the Plaza Des Armas. Easy to walk to restaurants. Supermarket only couple of blocks away. The breakfast, the fact you could get food in the ground floor restaurant (good value/money). The size of the room. Enough towels. Easy communication with the receptionist via WhatsApp. Very helpful staff.

Locations is excellent. Staff very nice, hard working and helpful . They tried their best to satisfy guests needs. If we go in Mendoza again we would use this hotel.

The location is excellent, the hotel has english speaking staff who were incredibly helpful with booking tours/ excursions and knowing where the best restaurants are. I often travel three months of the year. I hate buffet breakfasts- this hotel has its own cafe/ restaurant and offered freshly made scrambled eggs and delicious capuccinos/ cortados at breakfast time. The only time this has happened to me after a month on the road!

The service from Nicolas Gallar was exceptional, he was very friendly, spoke good English and was a great help when dealing with our airline. We would highly recommend Hotel Xumec, it was in a great location, the breakfast was superb and the staff are very attentive.
