Loved the friendly atmosphere of the hostel, great shared living room and roof top! Felt like a warm cup of tea staying here.

After being cancelled by another hostel a few hours before arrival to Mendoza, these guys organised a family room for us for a 3am arrival. We were greeted with all the enthusiasm even at 3am. The vibes are great here and the cleanliness is impeccable.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Spoke good English. Breakfast was available, but we left too early in the morning to partake.

Javier, the receptionist is absolutely amazing! The hostel is comfortable, has got a terrace and a patio. There are at least four bathrooms so you never have to wait to shower. The breakfast is good and filling.

Good price and nice location a bit outside of the centre but still close! Had stores around, western union super close and basically all u needed. Amazing staff especially Javier was incredible!!!

I’ll start with the positives. My first day was really good, Javier at the reception is amazing and helped me plan my first day really well, but things started to go south from there. Response: I did not extend my trip, so clearly that's a lie , it was booked for 3 day(can be confirmed here) and I stayed 3 days, my entire Argentina trip was planned before I got there (including flights) so there was no need for me to extend. In fact I will add one more thing since you lied in your response - I saw a girl walk in that evening without a booking and even she got a room upstairs, as for tour - I was given the wrong time but the entire issue is with the behavior of one of your employee which you don't even acknowledge, You won't be able to fix a problem if you don't want to address it

Excellent hostel. Very friendly staff, giving good advice on tours etc. Good shared areas. Air conditioning in the dorms, which was very much needed.

Good location (close to city centre, shops, restaurants etc.), amazing staff (very kind and helpful), comfortable rooms and well equipped facilities. Decent breakfast provided as well.
