Everything about the apartment was exceptional. Very clean and well prepared. Being provided fresh bread and milk made a big difference. Fernando and Patricia were extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

Very smart clean modern apartment with, a warm welcome from the hosts. Many nice extra touches were provided, for example home baked bread, marmalade, soft cheese, teas, biscuits and milk. Also bathroom products like shampoos.etc. We like to walk around cities and found the location convenient. Thoroughly recommend

“Look No Further it Really Does Deserve the High Score”

Look no further for your accommodation in Mendoza. The apartments well deserve the high score on booking.com. Fernando and Patricia were so helpful and attentive and were there to meet us on arrival. Fernando had left us some of his home made bread and helped us with great recommendations for places to eat etc. The apartment we had was 5* luxurious and I'm certain that it's better than any hotel in the city. It felt like a beautiful home for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were sumptuous. It was modern with a living area featuring a large TV with Netflix etc. super fast WiFi. Ubers are fast and plentiful in the city so getting about was no problem at all. In addition we always felt supported by Fernando and Patricia and I know that if we'd had any problems at all, they would have helped us.

The property is amazing, I saw the very high review score on booking and that was one of the reasons we selected this place and it did not disappoint! There is a great kitchen to cook, big fridge, washing machine, a very spacious living room and tv with netflix, Disney,… We also enjoyed the barbecue facilities, we used it a lot after doing an asado class in buenos aires. The meat in the supermarkets and butcher is very high quality and the bbq is great! There is also a parking available on site which was very useful since we rented a car to explore some vineyards. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. Thanks again for the great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay!

“Absolute perfection”

Everything was absolutely perfect. The lovely and friendly owners met us on our arrival, took us through the property and explained everything with a smile. There were beautiful touches from a candle burning near the flowers next to the ideal table setting, freshly baked bread, milk in the fridge and lovely music playing in the background. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, clean as a whistle, in a great location, very secure and absolutely nothing is a bother to the owners.

Patricia and Fernando were exceptional hosts. They were very genuine and welcoming; providing information on areas and places to go, and enabling us to leave our luggage with them safely when we checked out as we had a later flight. Their attention to detail in the apartment is excellent, and the welcoming gift of fresh bread and cookies, baked by themselves, was a lovely touch and very tasty! The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

This is the most wonderful experience we’ve had on our 2 month travels. Fernando & Patricia, the owners, are absolutely wonderful. They are warm, hospitable and make such an effort to make you feel at home. The apartment is beautiful, and at attention to detail goes the extra mile. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly!

The attention to detail was exceptional from the personal touches to the homemade bread Lots of communication in advanced and advise on arrival. This continued during our stay. Hosts were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They let us check in super early which we really appreciated. The apartment had quality appliances in a large modern kitchen with enough staples to self cater. We also made use of the laundry and private parking facilities. It was a pleasure to hang around the apartment and we enjoyed the small touches such as jam, milk and home baked bread. Easily my favourite place to stay during a 5 week holiday.

The hosts Patricia and Fernando were so lovely and welcoming. They gave lots of recommendations and also had baked a fresh loaf of bread. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Mendoza.

Brilliant place. Very well presented, spotlessly clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Cooking facilities, large fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, Good air conditioning. Nice balcony to sit outside. The best thing for me was that there was a lovely small laundry for the use of the three flats in the building - a new Samsung washing machine with free washing powder and liquid detergent, ironing board and iron. There were extendable clothes lines in the laundry and on our balcony. It's so nice after travelling for a while to be able to wash your dirty clothing. The hosts were lovely people. Flat was cleaned and the sheets changed after 3-4 days. Top security at the front door.

We have had a brilliant time. MENDOZA town and surrounding areas have been a pleasant surprise for us. Mendoza has exceeded our expectations in every way. Ayres Home is a lovely space, and we appreciate the presentation and care that the hosts have applied to all aspects of comfort and sophisticated charm.

The apartment was beautifully presented with everything you require for a relaxing holiday. A short walk to shops like the “Blow Max “ for groceries and the local pub and restaurants further a walk into the town. The apartments has a shared laundry. The hosts Fernando and Patricia were so accommodating, friendly and supportive and were if required, available at short notice to assist. Never travelled in South America but we felt safe at all times in this neighbourhood of Mendoza.
