The location is great a 2 minute walk to the Plaza de Independencia and many shops and restaurants. The staff are exceptional. The first room I had was noisy and without any fuss I was moved to a nicer room. it’s safe as there is an entry system controlled by reception. On the staff they are very friendly and helpful and do so many jobs around the hotel. From reception to helping at breakfast to opening the main door and when guests like me can’t operate the safe or for a hairdryer they are there quick as a flash! Special mention to Ignacio on my check out went above and beyond to help with a transfer to my next place.

Excellent location and very helpful, English-speaking staff. The breakfast is convenient, and the room is comfortable. The hotel is very close to Mendoza's main square, yet the environment is calm and not noisy. The city centre is practically at the doorstep.

This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and my Uber ride cost 9,000 pesos. The location is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, with the main tourist-focused eateries and bars located on Arístides Street. While there are some meal deals and drink specials available in this area, I personally didn’t find it appealing. On a more positive note, there are several charming parks nearby. The room we stayed in was okay but quite warm, and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning running continuously through the night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, though there is a water dispenser available for guests. The reception staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful with any queries.

“Excellent Experience!”

Excellent experience! That was my third time at the hotel and I have no reasons at all to change places. Highlights: location - very close to dozens of bars and restaurants (try La Central); personal - our checkout would be too early and they anticipated breakfast. Room, bathroom, cleanliness, everything perfect, besides the fact that the hotel has a cozy layout.
