Location was perfect, just on the edge of town, had a countryside feeling but only a 5 minute walk to the train station. A great base for exploring Bavaria. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for cooking

“Comfy apartment close to the old town”
Spacious and comfortable. Nothing left to wish for. Even coffee pads and a variety of spices in the kitchen were provided.

“good value for money”
It's a lovely house just a few minutes from Memmingen Central Railway Station. The place if large enough. There are two bedrooms and another one living room equiped with a large sofa which could fit at least 3 people.There is a big screen on the wall. In the first room there is one single bed for two people. The second bedroom has its own three single beds. The kitchen is also perfectly equiped. There is a small table for 5 people, kettle, coffee machine and dish washer. Our host had left us coffee and tea. The bathroom is clean and large enough. I strongly recommend that place for travelers regardless your trip to Memmingen is for short or for a long time. We were pleased with our stay because of the reasonable price compared to other properties in Memmingen. I definitely would say that this place offers value for money.

“Very nice and cozy”

“Perfect stay for families and excellent location!”
Apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything so it can feel as own home. We were travelling with 2 kids - 3 and 6 years old and they loved the yard, the rooms and the nature around. There were ducks in the river next to the house, other kids to play with and our family really felt it was like a suburban home for us. Also area is vey quiet. Beside all those things, the house is close to train/bus station. This is like 10-15 min with bus to Airport and walking distance to supermarket and city center. We visited Legoland and Munich with car rental and house was ideal place for both destination + airport distance.

A short walk from the centre and very close to the bus and train station which was convenient. Clean, spacious with everything we needed. Quiet at night. The coffee maker was quite nice.
