The place itself you could say is in the middle of nowhere, but that makes it special. So silent and tranquil. The view of river and plains is super. Hosts was very friendly and welcoming, was greeted with a shot of raki.

The property was great - very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. Great value for money! The property staff Vasil and Vasilika (I hope I’ve spelt their names right) were lovely people and we really enjoyed getting to know them! They showed us around their house and garden - the perfect hosts!!!!

Vasilik and Vasilika were very friendly and welcoming. You must try Vasilik's homemade raki and dance with him!

Everything was great. The food, the atmosphere and the hosts. We stayed here for 2 nights before we went back home and we couldn't have stayed at a better place. We even got to swim in the Vjosa and in a little hut, built by the host, we could stay there the whole day in the shade for swimming while looking to wild horses.

The breakfast is wonderful, prepared with the caring hands of the hostess. The location is on the bank of the Vjosa River, along the dried-up riverbed of which you can take a walk.

I don’t know where to start! Amazing stay, it was our last night in Albania and definitely the most beautiful memory of our holiday. Lovely people, Vasili en Vasilika are very welcoming! Such a scenic home, dinner and breakfast with a spectacular view of the Vjosa river, many species of bird everywhere, we saw a tortoise, it was great. Vasili took us to the river and showed us where it was safe to swim, they cooked amazing dinner and breakfast with homegrown bio products, it was amazing, and they were very kind and open despite our beginner Albanian and the language barrier. If I could give 20 stars I would. Shume e bukur!!!

What a warm welcome. We loved everything about our stay and this beautiful place. The hosts are such good hearted people and the view is amazing! Fresh and biological food. Everything was clean and the room had a lot of space. We would definitely recommend this place!

“Such a welcoming place to stay with a wonderful family on the banks of the incredible Vjose River.”

The hosts really made this stay unforgettable. They were so generous - showing us the beautiful walk down to the river, providing such delicious home cooked food and introducing us to traditional Albanian dancing on the night of our wedding anniversary. It was such fun. Check in and out was very flexible, the rooms were very comfortable and we were even able to use a washing machine, which was ideal in the middle of our trip. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

The location was wonderful - looking out on to the Vjosa river and the mountains behind. The hosts, Vasili and Vasilika, were warm and friendly. And the breakfast and dinner was lovely, all freshly prepared with produce for their garden.

Very beautiful place with friendly hosts! The herd is perfect, peaceful and the view- amazing! Especially the sunset! Food made by host was delicious, rakija- very strong, like it should be :D We came with a dog and we felt that it was a good choice.
