“I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Leticia again if we come back to Meloneras,”

The responsiveness and communication from Leticia was outstanding. We are a late 60’s couple. The accommodation was excellent and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of nice bath and pool towels. Location is very good and the aspect of the property is excellent with sun all day and nice sea views. A 10/15 minute walk to shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and beach. There is a shopping wheely bag which made doing a large/heavy shop very manageable.

This villa is in a great location near the Meloneras beach and several restaurants and bars as well as only a 15 minute walk from the main area of Meloneras. It’s exactly as described and has plenty of room for 5 adults- the garden area is lovely to relax from and sheltered from the wind. It’s very well equipped and Letitia could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She hand delivered a new bbq and was helpful with communication regarding the pool maintenance work. As the pool was out of action during our stay she arranged day passes at hotels in the area. Such 5 star treatment 😎

We loved the house, so much space and really well stocked. Sea view was a bonus. Netflix etc, it felt like a home away from home. The basement is almost like a standalone apartment, ideal for teenagers. Fantastic service from Letitia, so nice to deal with.

Lovely house within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Communal pool area is fabulous. Wonderful little touches like children toys, cold beer and milk in the fridge, shampoo etc provided. Kitchen well stocked. One of the best holiday rentals we have been to. Everything you could need for a family holiday. The host was exceptionally friendly and approachable.

“Lovely apartment and a very good location”

Very nice apartment with a lovely terrace and a balcony with a view! The seaside promenade is really beautiful as well as the sandy beaches. The kitchen had basically all the equipment we needed for breakfasts and some meals at home. We were happy to have enough towels for the beach and for bath. Also the shampoos & conditioners were provided and washing liquid for clothes etc. The host Leticia was very kind and she offered to take us to the nearby supermarket for grocery shopping. The basement was a perfect consept for kids to sleep and play, although the bunk beds were very squeaky. Luckily the matresses from the bunk beds can be moved to another room and there are even two more sofa beds in the the basement tv room. We enjoyed some tapas and wine on the spacious terrace, luckily it was warm enough as there is just a small breakfast table inside.

Our accommodation was 25( Bungalow 46) and it was very good. It met all we needed as a family in an apartment. The owner of the villa was exceptionally good and helpful. She was available to assist 24 hours.. She gave us an extra one day to stay at no cost because of an unexpected situation that happened to a family member....

Very good service and with fast replies from host. Nice house with great terrace. The garden is a closed area. Great place for family with children.

Everything was perfect. Host very helpful! Nice location, walking distance to Meloneras! Kitchen was well equiped! You find everything you need. One small tip: extra light above the mirror in the upstairs badroom.
