“Nice, quiet hotel”
We had a really large room (in fact there was a bedroom and a sitting room) and bathroom. Nice to have a fridge too. The beds were very comfy and the room was pleasantly cool. We opted to pay for breakfast and whilst not great choices, there was enough for the price we paid. They also have a storage area for the bikes which is great. It was very quiet in the hotel!

“Plus: large room, location; minus: breakfast, too much money for what you get”
A really large room, close to city center, quiet in the night. Melnik is a nice old town situated on a hill top and there is a beautiful view from the heights of the Vltava flowing into the Elbe and the vast countryside. Also good destination if you like wine.

“Great overnight stay while cycling along the Elbe / Moldau”
Central location in Melnik, clean room, good hot shower, bathroom with a window, even a couch and table in the room, the friendly lady at the reception even spoke German with me. Yeah, the furniture is oldschool but for that good price I wouldn’t mind. Plus I could store my bicycle in a garage :)

My review is based on 14 days in Czechia staying in different accommodation every night....Was the stay value for money & would i stay here again and recommend? YES DEFINATELY. For the following reasons Lovely welcome using Google Translate. Huge room. Spolessly clean Excellent shower so easy! Sweet smelling towels. Breakfast to the room. 2 enormous fresh rolls absolutly filled with salad and ham or cheese.Fruit snack biscuit, and water. But kettle and lots of clean cups and glasses in room Huge cosy sofa and arm chair Wi-fi exceptional. Price was very reasonable for one €40

The staff were helping and kind. The room was big and very clean. We could store our bikes safely in a garage. The area was beautiful and just 5-10 minutes walking to the city center.
