It was great to stay in such a nice traditional house. Our room was comfy, the location great, good price for value, Melnik itself is definitiley worth a visit. The receptionist is the heart and soul of this hotel, he provided us with great tips on what to do and see. We'd be glad to return one day.

“Customer Service was excellent, the best I have ever seen for the last 3 years.”
Location was excellent in the quiet residential area and both family suit rooms were clean, large and spacy. Parking was on the underground floor but was easy to drive in-out. The brealfast was very simple but very tasty. The person who warmly hosted us at reception was very friendly, enthusiastic and caring of our requests with great energy.

“Amazing place and amazing staff love the wine cellar!!”
Breakfast was excellent and the guy Antoine really amazed us with his knowledge of the region and the wine, a good plus is that he talks perfect English .Another surprise was that they have there own wine cave with wine tasting and he did a much better job then the wine museum what was also available at Melnik. But Antoine did far better. Great job

The little hotel is run by two very friendly guys who are always up for assisting you or providing you with addiquote answers already upfront through messages on booking. The price is very good for the accomodation they are having and the location in the little mountain town is perfect. the location is a little bit hard to reach with car if you are not a perfect driver and the garage is also a little challenge, but they again give good assistance with this and when inside the garage its a perfect place to have your car parked in this town. there are enough restaurants nearby to have food and or drinks during the evening or to get some breakfast in the morning
