Overview
Located in historic Melnik, Hotel Bolyarka offers a restaurant serving regional specialities and wine, a Finnish sauna, outdoor hot tub and sun bed. It also has a summer garden with barbecue facilities. Wellness facilities are free of charge. All rooms have traditional décor and are fitted with air conditioning, a sofa bed and cable TV. Most rooms have a private balcony overlooking the sandy pyramids. Some rooms have a fireplace. Guests can relax at the lobby bar, where soft drinks, as well as tea and coffee are served. The hotel’s wine cellar features a variety of local wines. On the terrace there is a hot tub and sun loungers which can be used free of charge. The sauna and the solarium are available at a surcharge. The Town's Historical Museum is 20 metres from the property, while the Kordopulov House can be reached within a 5-minute walk.Just opposite the hotel, you can find the historic Boliarska house as well as the hiking trail to the Rozhen Monastery.

The room was really spacious. It was extremely comfortable given the fact we were staying with our 3-year-old who loves her space and is always active. The staff was really friendly and the included breakfast was super delicious. Totally worth the price and we had an amazing family time in Melnik. 10 out of 10.

It's good for 1 night stay. I slept through the entire night as I was so tired from traveling. They accept pets. The staff is nice.

“Perfect location, suitable rooms - all you need for a weekend”
The location is perfect, the rooms are ok for the price, breakfast is also ok (not superior but fine), the town itself is amazing. I saw a lot of hotels and this one is good for the town and the price. If I'll be there once again, most probably I'll choose this hotel.

The staff was polite and helpful, the room was big enough with a comfortable bed. We had a good sleep, it is very quiet around the hotel. The owner is an ex-football player and has stories to tell. Breakfast and dinner were delicious - all products are either homemade or bought directly from farmers. 10/10 Would stay there again.

“Traditional comfort and hospitality.”
The room we selected was a two room apartment, which gave us plenty of room to spread out for reading and working while there. The hotel was right in the center of town and an easy walk to everything. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our rooms. They offered a choice of cooked breakfast selections, and the second day we had homemade banitsa, a Bulgarian specialty. Theirs was delicious.
