Overview
The Parador de Melilla sits on high ground with views over the city and nearby beaches. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace set amongst gardens. The restaurant looks out to sea and serves traditional Andalusian cuisine, such as chicken pie and griddled sea bass. Guests can also enjoy light refreshments at the bar. This Melilla Parador is in the Ataque Seco district next to the Lobera Park and the Fuerte de la Victoria, Melilla’s ancient jail. It is 3 km from Melilla Airport and 1 km from the port.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is lovely, but what really made our trip was the incredibly friendly staff. They went above and beyond by offering us a room with a breathtaking sea view that we absolutely loved waking up to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm welcome and stunning scenery

The views from the balcony were stunning with a superb vista to wake up to each morning. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfasts were superb. The staff were all absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful, they obviously enjoy their jobs, A very happy place indeed.

As it is on a hill, and I was on 5th floor with a balcony, there was a great panoramic view of the city and harbour. The room was very large, almost like a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment. They packed a "picnic" for me as I could not hang around for breakfast (arrange night before). Close to the centre of town (7 minute walk down the hill) - double that to come back up.

“A very nice hotel with fantastic views of Melilla”
Good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Nice spacious hotel with good size rooms. As the hotel is on high ground I had a very good view of the port and the city. My boat was leaving at 1am and the hotel allowed me to stay until 10pm at a very good rate.

We arrived on an early morning ferry, and they let us check in despite us showing up at 7 am. Bear in mind that it was the offseason.

The spacious hotel room and its balcony offered stunning views, and it was easy to walk from the property to see the sights. The breakfast was delicious, and the service both at breakfast and throughout the hotel was exceptionally friendly. A wonderful experience!

A large, comfortable but slightly dated hotel on a hill at the edge of town. Very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, bar a little overpriced. It's a fair walk from the city centre, especially back up the hill, so it's good for an overnight stop, maybe less so if staying some time in the city.

The views from your balcony, the restaurant and the pool are amazing. Breakfast in the fabulous dining room was a perfect way to start the day. The bedrooms are large and comfortable.

Loved our four night stay. We had a top (5th) floor room and the balcony views were stupendous, the full sweep of the old, walled town, the new town, bay and beaches and Morocco beyond. Very comfortable room, great staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended
