“Nice and enough”
When we arrived, parking was easy around the building. Check in was smooth. The wifi is annoying though. We have to keep keying in our details everytime the wifi gets disconnected and it happened multiple times a day. The apartment was very small and it’s a little uncomfortable to move around with our family all there. It’s bearable. Bed is okay. Washing machine works great. Toilet a little stuck and water isn’t draining if splashed outside shower. I have to wipe the floor everyday to prevent stagnant water. Around the apartment have many choice of shops and restaurants so we’re very happy with that. It’s a good place to rest while we spend our day around Erciyes and Kayseri. The only unbearable thing is everytime someone next door uses their washing machine, the sound is so loud in our apartment. It kinda disturb our rest.

“Spacious apartment in the city”
The location is quite central and only 30 minutes drive to Erciyes if you are going skiing. The apartment is very clean, spacious with full amenities. The washer is a big bonus. The staffs are quite helpful.There are many shops and restaurants around the area.We enjoyed our stay!

“Superb location for staycation with family friendly”
The location is superb. Near to all attractive places. The facilities also was well maintained and extra bonus they gave machine machine provided. Overall we really enjoy stay here and its feels more like home.

Modern hotel in very convenient location both for city centre and fact that Tramlines 1 and 3 are within 100m. Reception managers very good. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy to adapt heating. Lift great.

“It is ok.”
It is reasonably clean. Its location is perfect for the center of Kayseri. Beds are good and quite spacious.

“Amazing”
Great accommodation close to the centre. The apartment is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Çok teşekkür ederim. I highly recommend it.

It was a proper little apartment, very clean and with good kitchen equipment. It was within easy reach of the airport and made for a comfortable stay. The staff on reception spoke English.

comfy bed even the sofa bed, having a washing machine supermarket in front a lot of restaurant near by walking distance to main tourist attraction help of the reception desk for the organization of transport
