“Overall, the room was not worth the price we paid”
The bathroom door handle was falling off and wouldn’t lock, the toilet seat was falling off almost causing me to fall at one point, the room with the two single beds pushed together kept sliding apart with no way of stopping it, causing my partner to fall into the crevice it left behind multiple times both nights. The room was also advertised as being $550, however upon arrival we were faced with hidden fees costing us up to $200.

The double beds were two singles pushed together. The walls in the room and doors were dirty and need a good cleaning.

“Home away from home”
It was a wonderful place to Stacey with very family friendly rooms. Our two little children were accommodated exceptionally well by the staff and had an amazing time swimming in the beautiful pool. Thank you for all the little extras

Location of Hotel was great, close to restaurants and the event we were in Melbourne for. Room was great and the bed was comfortable.

“Great location!”
Fantastic location! Walk out to City Road if on foot, and it's a short walk to Southbank and the city. Walk out to the Fawkner Drive side if you are catching an Uber or getting something delivered. Our room had a coffee machine and six pods. The shower had great water pressure. And the living space was spacious and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with a decent sized fridge and microwave. However, the location is within easy walking distance to convenience stores and great places to eat or grab a drink. The beds are comfortable, too.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Shower was great, kitchen and facilities were also great.
