Spacious and light apartment. Tram stop directly outdoor to cbd. 10 minute walk to shops and lots of good cafes and restaurants in Sydney rd. 5 minute walk to union square supermarket and shops. Coffee shop directly under apartments.

The appartment is very well located. Brunswick is a great suburb with lots of cafes and restaurants. Public transport directly is in front of the door.

“A great getaway”
We had a pleasant stay with tram at door step for ease of commute to city and west coburg. A short 10 to 15 mins walk to Barkly Square shopping centre and direct tram route to university of Melbourne. Nearby is the beautiful princes park for morning n evening walks.

“Weekend in Melbourne”
Great location. The tram stop in and out of the city was right outside the door. Shopping centre, restaurants and cafes all within very easy walking distance and everything provided in the unit such as laundry powder, dishwasher powder, body wash, shampoo etc. Also the owner was very communicative and responded to queries in a timely manner.
