My booking actual room was shifted to not a preferred side with no view. Staff Stephanie restored my booking to a better choice as she had assigned the initial booking for an elderly lady of 90+. Without Stephanie it would have been not a good stay for this elderly guest, whom I had specifically booked at the outset!
