Very comfy well appointed room. I was a bit concerned about being positioned quite close to the lifts, but the rooms are clearly very soundproof

Beautiful facilities , location is perfect if you visit Melb without a car, tram stop 10m from hotel door, easy access to botanical gardens Arts precinct. best of all staff are very polite, helpful , respectful and yet warm and friendly
