The staff are super friendly and couldn't be more helpful. They even kindly gave us a free room upgrade and free drinks vouchers for it being my birthday. The room service and breakfast were both served very quickly and efficiently and we're of really high quality. The room was modern and so spacious, it was a very comfortable suite to stay in and we also really enjoyed the balconies. The hotel was quiet and we enjoyed a really good night's sleep. The location is also perfect for exploring St Kilda and the surrounds with extremely convenient access to tram stops outside.

Location is great. Beds are so comfortable and my room had lots of natural light. Plus I was able to get an early check in and car park is only $10 per night.

“Music/Sea/Espy/Palais Theatre/The Vineyard Bar/Le Bon continental cake shop/Penguins - Love it”
The selection of Tea was good- Could throw in a bit more. Location to the sea and albert park is excellent for exercise. The general layout of the hotel is awesome-Parking was only 10$ a night This place doesn't disappoint-especially if you love music. Highly recommend the balcony room 309

Upstairs from an Iconic Pub in St Kilda an a 2 minute walk to the Esplanade and Jetty and Tram close by to get into the city, Sebby's Scolls next door is must to visit
