“Good location”
We really enjoyed our stay here for seven nights. Transportation is very convenient—there’s a tram right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The apartment is also well equipped. In the two-bedroom unit where we stayed, the space is spacious and very clean. The host was also very kind and even allowed us to check in early at 11:30.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed, including an iron, washer-dryer, stove, microwave, etc. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, tram stops, and Flinders Street Station. Highly recommended for families and groups.

“Super central location!”
Had a great stay at The Mark as a family of 4. The apartment is very central — easy to get anywhere with several tram lines right at your doorstep — but still quiet. It’s very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building is secure, and the owners were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very spacious and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Was well appointed with comfortable furniture. The location was amazing with great access to trams (straight out the door) and walking distance to restaurants, major attractions and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again for our next Melbourne footy weekend. Great value for money!

This apartment was perfect for two couples. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space and privacy, and the location was excellent. It worked beautifully for our stay.

“100% would stay again, fabulous.”
The size, layout, location, apartment temperature, apartment natural lighting, quality of beds/linen/pillows/lounge/cushions was all perfect. We had a 42 degree day whilst there and we honestly could not feel it in the apartment at all. All three of us had an excellent sleep for all 5 nights. Access to everything we needed within a few mins walk. Age range of guests: 15 years, 45 years, 75 years - and we all loved the apartment and the location.

Fantastic location near flinders st station and the river - loads of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. Tram stop on the street below and Woolies and Coles nearby. The apartment is very spacious and quiet and the beds are super comfortable. Great value for money. A very comfortable stay.

“Fantastic.”
Location amazing and host so lovely. Parts of the apartment looked a little worn with scuffs on doors etc but all in all a great stay and had everything we needed. Beds SO comfortable.

We loved the location, security and layout of this property. Everything we needed was there, even extra little touches. It was very clean and comfy like a home away from home. The messages and responses from the owners were excellent with lots of helpful recommendations and clear instructions to check in and out. Would highly recommend. This made our Melbourne stay 10/10.
