Rooms are well spaced, very clean and the bed is really comfortable. I had issues with my cooling g so was promptly moved to a new room with no hassle or issues. The location was perfect. Its quite and the rooms are quite dark at night which I love. Great place to stay.

This is my second time in this hotel. I have very good experience in my first time stay but not the 2nd. This was my encounter staying in this hotel from 1-4/06/2026: 1. Toilet flushing system - have to flush 3 time to clear and the water would stop flowing 2. The kettle inside is stained, the yellow stain looks rusty. 3. The hot water shower runs around 3mins and turns cold in this winter days. 4. Second day morning I put out the 'ok' sign for the room cleaning at 11:30am returned to see it was not done at 3pm, called service desk and they said the cleaner left at 2pm. They insist the cleaner did not see the 'ok' sign subsequently told me not to put any sign on my third day out. I did what was told, removing all sign at 9am. I return around 12noon to see there was no cleaning done in the room, I called service desk telling them to clean the room, the service insist again I have my ', do not disturb' on that is why the cleaner did not clean the room. I confirm with them I did what they told to remove all sign at 9am and I am having an online meeting at 1pm in the room, they finally said, they are sending someone, I waited 20 mins and no cleaner arrive, I caught hold of a housekeeping staff and told her my urgency. 5mins later the cleaner arrive and did a quick clean up in time for my online meeting. Because of the poor cleaning service it trickle dust allergy on both me and my 2nd guest staying in the room. It also cause enxiety while fighting time in between cleaning and my meeting, not to said the noise of the toilet flushing system and the cold shower.
