“Great stay”

The location was perfect! The room was really clean and the people were really kind. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit them again when going to Melbourne :).

Good room size and breakout areas in foyer for computer work or just some space. Bags can be left before checking and after checkout too. Great pool and gym area. Kitchen in room is sufficient for meals.

“Clean Student Apartments”

Clean, private, quiet, and has in suite laundry. There are even packets of washing powder you can use for the laundry that they provide. Fantastic location right in the centre of Melbourne. Like the other reviewers mentioned, these are student apartments but that was never an issue for me, as the students mostly kept to themselves and I think I was there during a time when school wasn't in session so the building seemed relatively empty.

Great views of the city from our corner room on level 14. Near the tram stop to the train station and near shopping malls (Melbourne central) and Fitzroy semi hipster street was within 20mins walking distance. Very lovely correspondence from the team. There is a washer and dryer and they left a little laundry soap packet to use as well which we are very grateful for our 4 night stay.

Location was great, we were able to walk to all our destinations, and I do have slight mobility issues. It was very quiet. Reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bed was really comfortable.

The location was great as it was close to shopping malls and close to supermarkets and food courts. That it was easy to sleep even with construction going on. Having air conditioning really helped when it was really hot during the day.

Contrary to a lot of the comments, the property was easy to find, the check-in after hours was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Was a good little apartment to stay in, very close to shops and train station and within walking distance to lots of places.

Location, facilities, price. Ideally situated in the city and close to everything. Extremely quiet - especially considering the construction work going on outside. The staff were great - very accommodating. Would most definitely stay here again.
