Excellent location and a very comfortable stay. The WiFi had an issue on the first day, but the host was very responsive and resolved it by the next day. After that, the WiFi worked great. The lift was fast, and we rarely had to wait during our stay.

Collecting the key was actually really easy, I just didn't read the instructions properly. The apartment was fantastic for what we paid. I loved the decor and decorating theme, and the bed was actually really comfortable. Often staying in a hotel/accommodation, I don't sleep well due to the bed, but for once I slept well. There was the washing machine and dryer which was really handy as I hadn't packed my luggage to accommodate for rain, so bsong able to wash and dry my outfit was great. Wifi was fantastic as my phone data was working sporadically. When we come back to Melbourne, I will certainly look into stating here again.

The apartment is VERY comfortable, super clean , very homely & had everything we needed in the apartment for a great stay . The location was perfect for us , being very central to do all the sights , catch up with family & eat , drink options were endless. The host was responsive to all our enquiries and very friendly & understanding.

Location: right in the middle of the city! Facilities: well thought of. Kitchenette, bathrooms, bedroom and the lounge have all the things we need, even some wireless charging ports. Information to useful things are also provided in an "artsy" way. Love it!
