“WE ALL ENJOYED THE APARTMENT WHICH WAS VERY ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE.”
THE OVENS WIRE TRAYS AND BASES COULD HAVE DONE WITH ABIT OF A CLEAN. CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE WINDOWS WHICH BY THE WAY GIVE A GREAT VIEW BUT AT THE SAME TIME THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT ADEQUATE ON A HOT DAY EVEN WITH THE BLINDS DOWN.

“Wonderful stay in Melbourne at Serenity Stayz”
We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, close to marvel and many restaurants. We are grateful for the little extras like milk and cereal sachets, biscuits and champagne. They really were a lovely touch, we didn’t expect but found very useful. Also we arrived early and they were able to check us in early

If I’d known about key pickup upfront , I wouldn’t have booked this apartment. Having a bottle of wine in your pictures is misleading if you don’t provide. No TV in master bedroom is disappointing. Spare bedrooms not air conditioned.
