The house was a good size. The bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable and good quality. The couches were comfortable too. The washing machine and dryer were both in working condition. The kitchen had a good amount of crockery and utensils for us to use. And the stove and oven were in good working order and condition. The AC unit worked well and kept the house cool on the 39°c day! Communication with the owner was good and they were nice. Quickly came to drop off the key when it wasn't there when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay in this place.

Location was alright it says wife on website but there is isn’t

“Committed host, disappointing amenities”

The host was very helpful. They responded quickly to messages on Booking.Com and were very accommodating in arranging return via post of items left at the property (despite a disappointing review). The host has indicated they will be addressing the cleanliness issues experienced at the property.

Nothing as this picture was not the place she put us in we wer sent to a dirty old place that looked nothing like this then came up with some excuse her web sights shows the other place we booked thinking we wer getting this place

Wifi alongside some facilities were not included as promised on the website

The fact we had the whole place to ourself, and that it had all the main necessary items of a functioning house, IE washing machine, fridge, cooking facilities dinning area bathroom etc

Anything, we were stolen, the owner asked for 300 aud and she never returned it

The host is extremely helpful. Returns calls immediately. The location is very close to all Box Hill amenities. The property has its own parking and is easy accessible.
