“Horrible state of the apartment with non-accommodative hosts”
Could not recommend LESS. This place was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever arrived at. I had to leave and could not stay due to it being uninhabitable. Hosts were unaccommodating and have since ignored me and any of my requests for a refund. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an accommodation.

“I was really disappointed with the facility & will never recommend it to anyone. We weren’t even offered any compens”
The apartment we had booked had no electricity, so we were moved to this one. When we got there, it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed had not been freshly made, there were dirty towels piled up on the floor & crumbs on the bedside table, not to mention the state the bathroom was in. The staff told me I would have to wait until the next day to have the sheets changed and the apartment cleaned. Also we had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, with a double & 2 singles. We were given one that had 2 doubles. Bit of a problem when my adult children didn’t want to share a bed. There were no plates, only a couple of bread plates & no milk or coffee etc which would normally be provided when staying in any apartment.

“Central and convenient,”
Central in Melbourne's CBD, just across the road from the skybus ( 20 mins from international airport) ,Southern Cross Station, trams and a shopping centre. Industrial view across the station and skyline, but no street noise. Secure entry, good soundproofing ( heard no-one), small basically supplied kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Good parking for extra charge. Good base for travelling around Victoria. Not too expensive for situation.
