Location is central to train, tram station and with in reach to places of interest. Convince location to shops, especially Coles for supplies.

“Didn't stay demanded refund, disgusting rooms”
Very dirty mould,fridge,washing machine very dirty, stains on furnishings and carpet, no lights in bathroom just a lamp. This place is very dirty avoid like the plauge. Haven't even been refunded for bond. Terrible hosts. Should not be allowed to advertise to stay on booking.com
