It was a short overnight stay so I didn't utilise all amenities, however the room was clean, furnishings were in good shape and bed was comfortable. I liked that the complimentary beverages included coffee for the plunger.

Staff very helpful, gave a pre check in call to confirm details. Smooth check in on arrival. The plunger coffee and tim tams were a nice touch to make the stay more luxurious. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Although we got the studio room there was a cute little balcony if the weather was warmer would have been good to use.

Ideal quiet location and was a short walk to restaurants, cafes and Coles Supermarket at Uni Hill. Room was comfortable and had everything we required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Location suited my needs. Room was clean and provided a kitchen which was helpful. Bathroom was good. Parking was good but you do need to book ahead as they get full. Staff were friendly,

The staff, in particular Mel and Gina on reception and Vasa in housekeeping, were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist us in a very trying situation with our house move, and were so kind in every way. Thank you all so very much for our wonderful stay.
