“Disappointing”
The pictures on booking look NOTHING like the room you actually get. We payed extra to not be in the basement room and we basically got a room with the window directly on the next building. We had no day light, the room smelled and when we told reception the only thing they said was “that room on booking.com is subject to availability”. Well of course, but then give people a similar room and not something that’s basically a prison hospital. Also, I asked the reception/management to get back to me and they never did. Very disappointing.

“Pleasant quick trip with a perfectly located hotel”
The location was perfect for exploring and shopping. Could not get anywhere closer. It was also very quiet which was really surprising. A free mini bar was also a nice touch.
