“Awful experience: unsafe property”
Sex workers loudly servicing a client in the adjoining room, the entire floor smelled strongly of marijuana, and a loud dog was barking through the night. An unsafe property on multiple levels. Unbelievably bad for the price. The worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled extensively around the world. This property should be shut down.

“Passable 1 night stay in Essendon with good staff”
Staff were friendly and helpful. When there was no available parking, one staff member called me back and suggested another punt hill location nearby that had 1 parking spot left - I think this is great service. Unfortunately I couldn't secure the spot in time. The bed was also comfortable and check-in was quick and easy. Location is close to trams, restaurants and airport.

Very convenient location. Supermarket and 7eleven next door and lots of options for dining or takeaway in walking distance. And only 15 minute car ride to Tullamarine Airport

“Exceptionally large room for the price, amazing location. Loved it!”
The room was very large. Modern decor. A bath in the bathroom. Dishwasher and excellent kitchenette. Trams on the doorstep, close to multiple cafes and restaurants. Next door to a Coles supermarket. Value for money. Will be sending our friends.
