“Do not book this apartment. Buyer Beware.”

We booked this apartment as a special “penthouse” stay for our family at $860 per night, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The views are genuinely spectacular, however the apartment itself did not match the standard suggested in the listing. Firstly, it is not a true penthouse, as it is located one floor below the top. This felt misleading given how it is advertised. The overall condition of the apartment was poor. The walls were visibly marked and worn, and the balcony was unusable with torn furniture and significant dirt build-up. It appeared this had not been properly maintained for some time. The amenities were also well below expectations for this price point. Only two very thin, worn towels were provided per room. The “high-speed internet” advertised was not functional for basic use, and the guest manual (which was itself quite worn and stained) advised limiting usage and suggested using public WiFi nearby, which is not appropriate for a property at this level. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the laundry area, which made the apartment uncomfortable to stay in. We contacted the owner immediately. While he offered to clean the balcony the following day, the other concerns were dismissed as minor and a partial refund was offered. Given the condition of the property, this did not feel adequate. We chose to leave within two hours and move to alternative accommodation. For comparison, we stayed elsewhere at a significantly lower price point and received a much cleaner and more comfortable experience. Overall, while the views are excellent, the apartment is in need of proper maintenance and cleaning, and does not reflect the price or description.

The apartment was lovely - large and airy. Great that each bedroom as its own ensuite and the auditioning was efficient even in very hot days. Amazing views from every room!

Location, size and views

The location is excellent and the views exceptional. The ensuite for each bedroom is a major plus.

This property has the most amazing view. So easy to navigate any part of the city from here by train or tram lt is on the free city circle tram line. The unit itself is very comfortable but very dated. Good for a family stay but definitely not 5 ⭐️. Underneath parking included which is an advantage if you are driving. Only a short walk to convenience stores and some major food outlets.

We love most the views from the unit. It's big and comfortable and clean. The location is superb, very close to all the restaurants and shopping as well as the outlets.

SUITE was very well setout, plenty of seating area. All the necessary kitchen utensils, bedding etc
