Park Regis Griffin Suites is centrally located 5 minutes’ from St Kilda and 7 minutes’ from iconic Melbourne Shopping district Chapel Street. no car park for guest. was hard to find park in street . i paid 100 to park my car in an other hotel and dayli street park .

Everything. Staff were so polite, helpful, accommodating towards storing our luggage, apologetic for the room not ready. Bags were in our room before we came back to pick up our keys. Room was really really nice, cosy, inviting & and beyond our expectations. Decor was just beautiful. Helpful with location of a "good" coffee shop after a long trip. Not just the nearest one. Great advice, 👍 This establishment needs to be given 6 stars plus. Don't change a thing... we were super impressed.

“You get what you pay for-this was a last minute cheap package, poorcleanliness comfort and noisy.”
The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Linen was clean. Location good for the purpose of the stay.

“Big appartment with all conveniences”
Very helpful people at the reception The appartment was way bigger than I thought it would be : I particularly apprieciated the washing machine and the bathtub. Overall very quiet location and pleasant stay.

“Poor”
Not much it was dated with shower over bath with taps, no dishwasher, laundry facilities were one stacked washing machine and tumbledrier on the landing for the entire floor. No view just an adjacent office/car park leaving little natural light. For the same price I can stay in west Melbourne in a modern apartment with furnished balcony, dishwasher, laundry, lounge area and properly insulated rooms with double glazing. Will not stay there again.
