“Friendly Staff, Great Stay”
We really enjoyed our stay, this is my third stay at Pan Pacific and we will definitely be back. The staff at both the front entrance and reception were lovely, friendly and always positive, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I also loved having access to the filtered water and ice station on the floor. It was such a simple touch, but incredibly convenient. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Having to ask staff repeatedly for plates to be sent to our room and pointing out dirty floors for over 24hrs before they were cleaned. Our room was entered twice while the "do not disturb" sign was on the door.
