This apartment is absolutely lovely, and it was a pleasure to be here for our holiday. There were thoughtful touches throughout, including a comprehensive information folder with everything we needed to know, and welcome chocolates and nibbles. The kitchen is a dream for those wishing to cook at home (and why wouldn’t you with so many great produce markets?), with pantry basics included, and sharp knives (this is important for someone who loves to cook!). We didn’t want for anything, and felt very comfortable and secure here. The apartment is on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise, but the payoff is the great location and an easy one minute walk to the bus stops. We had no trouble navigating our way in and out of the city. We highly recommend this gorgeous property, and would not hesitate to book another stay here next time we’re in Melbourne. Very good value for money. Convenient location to CBD, trams and buses. Also very handy for the AO tennis courts. Good quality appliances and furnishings. Easy to make a meal with condiments available. Some very nice touches that make you feel comfortable and at home.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. It is beautiful , extremely clean and very well equipped. An absolute treat! We found the location perfect for us too. Walkable from the city along the river and within a 30 minute walk to great restaurants in South Yarra. One of the best we’ve stayed in and excellent value for money. The host is extremely thoughtful.

The unit was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and thoughtfully styled. Everything was spotless-one of the cleanest places we've stayed in. It was incredibly well equipped. The hosts had thought of everything a guest might need, from kitchen essentials to many practical touches that made the stay effortless. It was such a lovely surprise to see a generous selection of provisions which were totally unexpected. These thoughtful extras really made the stay feel special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The unit is across the road from the Yarra River and extremely close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens.

The whole apartment was amazing! Beautifully decorated, lovely and spacious! Everything you could need in a home away from home! There were so many little added extras it would be too many to list. The property was immaculate and had everything you need for a short or longer stay. They had thought of the small details right down to kitchen utensils and the wonderful visitor information book. Location is great. 2 min walk to the botanical gardens, 10-15 mins to Richmond station and Swan st. Great comms, would book again in a heartbeat.

“An enchanting apartment with everything you need.”

We loved everything and Rejane and Rob went out of there way for us. A bottle of wine, some very nice fresh bread sticks, with cheese, as well as bananas, oranges, and other fish fruit along with milk in the fridge, quick cook Oats, Vegemite, and much more. the location is awesome. An easy 20-25min walk along the river will get you to Flinders St station right at the edge of the CBD, or you could meander your way through the Botanic Gardens and emerge on St Kilda Rd, right in the Arts Precinct. An easy 20 min walk up Punt Rd in the other direction will have you on Toorak Rd in the heart of the South Yarra/ Chapel St shopping precinct. Alternatively jump on a bus within 300m of the apartment and use the marvellous Melbourne PTV public transport system to explore the city.

All the (many) little extras that made it feel like so much care and attention to detail was taken. Cannot fault a single thing! Gorgeous home, amazing welcome and stay - we will definitely be back!

Great location, beautifully presented and prepared for our stay and absolutely spotlessly clean. Host gave great directions and instructions and clear communication. Very close to Botanical gardens and Yarra river walk.
