“Location is brilliant, staff are great, facilities need some minor maintenance, I'd stay again.”
Room 2601 was good with exceptional views of the city. It had everything except a hairdryer that a self-contained room should have. Was spacious and comfortable. We were initially in Room 2205 which had a tv that didn't work but on reporting, the staff member at reception whom I dealt with was excellent and allocated us a new room. The young lady who checked us out on Sunday morning was also exceptional to deal with. The staff were 10 out of 10.
