“Impossible to sleep”
We had the worst stay ever at this hotel! The beds were far too hard to sleep on – it was like sleeping on the floor! But ABOVE ALL, there was building work going on in the hotel ALL night on our last night, and we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The reception didn’t even have any earplugs or headphones to lend us. So we didn’t sleep at all. Despite this, NO REFUND, no compensation, and no response from the hotel despite numerous follow-up emails. Truly unacceptable. It’s the WORST HOTEL I’ve ever seen, and as a traveller I’ve seen plenty! I’ll never come back here.

Awesome bed & mattress. Nice kitchen with all the appropriate cutlery & dinnerware. Anthony the bathroom was small, it did the trick in a good way, that water didn't splash everywhere.

“Close to southern Cross station”
The location was fantastic, the staff friendly, room was huge, clean, all very good, except there was no hot water in the evening or the following morning, and the reception just said 'thanks for letting us know'. Not really ok

“Handy Stay near Southern Cross”
Good location near trains, trams. Facilities in the room are good and the bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. We only came in to sleep after flying in then catching an early train so did not get to fully appreciate the facilities.
