The information provided prior to our arrival made it simple for us to find the apartment and collect the keys. The apartment was well provisioned with cutlery and plates, cups and glasses, and a coffee plunger in addition to the normal appliances to allow us to self cater when we wished during our stay. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet at night. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting nearby family. Faulkner Park is a great park to have just up the road and the weather was conducive to walking. Of course there are plenty of restaurants and shops and cafes on Toorak Road and nearby streets. Prahran Markets are about a 20 minute walk away. Access to trains is easy at South Yarra Station. And you can walk along the Yarra into Melbourne CBD if time and weather allow! We had a small issue with water in the kitchen during our stay but the support services were attentive when we contacted them.

The location was perfect for us close to shops and the train line. Onsite parking and accessing the key easy due to clear instructions. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen. We cooked a couple of meals and found there was plenty of utensils and pots and pans. There is also a washing machine and washing powder provided.

The location was great. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

Perfect for two couples, had a wedding at the botanical gardens. $10 uber ride and the girls had plenty of room to get ready. We had more family there the Saturday morning and still was more then enough room for all

great location the only fault was bathroom door lock not functioning apart from that wifi and modern bathroom with new tiles were fantastic

The property was in an excellent location for us. There was plenty of room for our family. The off-street parking was an added bonus. Having access to a washing machine was great, especially for a family holiday. The property was not very clean, the floors covered in dust and hair. There is built-up mould / dirt in the shower window. The washing machine was full of excess powder, I had to clean it thoroughly before I used it. I also had to empty the vaccum cleaner prior to using. The salt and pepper shakers are empty. We left a can of Canola oil for others to be able to use the cooking facilities. ( great facilities for cooking) A user guide for the TV would have been useful, albeit my husband was able to sort it out. Definitely would recommend or be back for a stay if the apartment got a good clean.

The place was in a great location and had everything we needed. Communication was good and collection of the keys was hassle free.

Great location, lovely and modern and very tidy. The entire apartment was nicely renovated as stated but with exception of the doors and windows which was okay but meant that the sliding door to the balcony was a bit dodgy and didn't appear to lock until we noticed that it did have a door bolt
