I love the home feel, its such a lovely warm and welcoming place to stay. Its a 4 minute walk from the hospital and has a lovely restaurant downstairs.

“Best alternative to CBD accomodation.”
Great location with clean functional facilities. A fantastic option if you don’t want to stay in the CBD. Walking distance to Lygon St eateries but also great meals at the hotel. Staff were super friendly.

It was lovely and clean and close to Hospital where we needed to be and easy access to tram and train station and city.

The room and location were perfect for my purposes (stay on the way to Warburton; walk around the wonderful location - Parkville, Royal Park, Carlton, uni; have a good coffee down the road in the morning). Staff member helpfully lent me a charger for my phone. Also enjoyed my family's sniggering when they heard I was staying at Naughty's.

“Comfortable and affordable! Close to hospitals which was our reason for choosing this hotel.”
We chose this hotel because it was close to Frances Perry House where our daughter was being admitted early the next morning. The room was very comfortable for the price and the location was perfect. The dinner menu was great, but I would suggest a few more options without nuts. Our daughter is allergic which did limit her choices. Could not fault the meal though. Parking is difficult, but I did know that before we arrived. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when we arrived and we found a park on Royal Pde for the evening.
