“Fantastic staff, location, breakfast and value.”
The location is amazing - so central and lots of transport nearby, the bed was as comfortable as a boutique hotel. Staff were lovely and we had a great breakfast before heading out for the day. Welcome drinks were a nice bonus.

Ten minute distance to Royal Melbourne Hospital. Easy access from calder freeway and undercover parking. Room service was handy and the food OK, but small sized serves for the price. Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful.

It was the perfect location for my needs. The room was clean,comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, and public transport was a very short walk away.

Great location. Close to the City centre, hospitals, Universities and parks. Our room was excellent, the beds large and comfortable. Plenty of towels and even a bath for those that partake. The on site Cafe provided a nutritious breakfast and evening meal at reasonable prices.

We like the proximity to the RCH, which is our predominant reason to visit Melbourne. Place is always clean, staff are always welcoming and parking for the big ute makes life easy.

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional and also helpful. Being close to the tram was good. Being just outside the city away from the crowds. Breakfast included even though it was the same thing everyday without any variation.
