Nothing, this property is terrible. It was dirty, it smelt, and looked nothing like the images.

I didn't stay here as the property manager was unable to give us the key and so I had to find and pay for other accommodation. Not happy when I travelled interstate to stay there.

Sri was exceptional with great communication and was easily contacted if we needed to ask anything. The apartment was clean and cosy and had everything we needed and great central location.Would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional value for price

“Excellent location. Well equipped older apartment. Lacking in some areas but very affordable.”

The location was fantastic, the best we have ever had in our 5 previous visits to the city and this apartment is very responsibly priced. Access was directly off Swanson Street in the heart of the city with starbucks, chemist, bank etc just a few steps away. It has the potential to be a fantastic stay but a few things need refining. But then I guess the price would increase. It is equipped with most things you need for a central city stay and the water pressure in the shower was brilliant. The queen bed was very comfortable and the fan really appreciated. There is outside noise as is expected staying in the CBD but was surprisingly easy to sleep once the windows were closed. I would stay at this apartment again because of the affordability and location.

Location was fabulous and building was lovely. Communication and attendance was fantastic especially when we couldn't get into the apartment. Had all the facilities we required.

The city view was amazing, spacious and peaceful unit. Loved the powerful shower like having a great back massage.😊 Having a kitchen and decent size fridge freezer was awesome to do cooking. Great laundry facilities. Bedroom was really cosy and can have door closed to allow less noise and blackout for longer sleep if required. Totally recommend you going, the host was really friendly and helpful.
