“Absolutely dirty and bid customer service”

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at your apartment in Melbourne. First, the bathroom was extremely dirty, with mold all around the shower. There is likely an issue with the drain, as the water backs up and overflows throughout the entire bathroom. I feel that the apartment is not cleaned properly, which I found absolutely disgusting. Secondly, Secondly, when I first speak with the person in charge of handing over the apartment, I asked if parking was available. He told me it would cost $20. When I asked if there was free parking outside, he said he would check when I arrived. I arrived 50 minutes later, and when I asked for help, he told me he had already rented the parking space. He didn’t even give me a chance to discuss it, and within those 50 minutes, he rented it. After that, for the next three nights, I asked him to help with parking again. The first time, he replayed but after he just ignored me so this is a really wrong customer service.

Location was great, apartment clean, views lovely, outdoor pool cold but refreshing, indoor spa on 54th floor nice. Woolies and BWS right downstairs was handy.

Astra Apartments is in an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, & well-appointed. Having a good supermarket downstairs is very convenient.

“Convenient with all the basics”

Lovely location in terms of being able to easily walk down to the river and with easy access to the trams. The woolworths downstairs is super handy. The apartment has all the essentials you'd need in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Everything is basic but perfectly functional. Surprisingly quiet.

Great location and the apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. It was only a 5 minute walk to the closest tram stop and 10 minutes to Crown. There is a Woolworths downstairs which is very convenient.
